What it does

Ventoy turns one USB drive into a boot menu: copy ISO files onto it and pick which one to boot at startup. BootForge is the Mac front end for that workflow.

  • Prepare a USB drive with Ventoy, or update an existing Ventoy drive in place.
  • Add, replace and remove bootable images without wiping the drive.
  • See what is on a drive and how much room is left before you copy.
  • Verify a drive still boots the way you left it.

Verify the download

Compare the SHA-256 of the file you downloaded against the published checksum. In Terminal: shasum -a 256 ~/Downloads/BootForge-*.dmg

Also on Android

BootForge for Android does the same job from a phone — useful when the machine you are fixing is the one that will not boot. Get it on Google Play.
